Once your payment is confirmed, you enter a 24-hour reflection period before community access is granted.

• During this period, you may request a full refund by contacting our team through the official channels listed below.
• Your Skool community invite will be sent automatically 24 hours after your purchase is confirmed.
• This batched onboarding approach ensures every student receives proper attention and a structured welcome into the community.

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of your purchase timestamp.
• The request is submitted through one of our official support channels (see Section 5).
• The request follows the required format outlined in Section 5.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• More than 24 hours have passed since the time of purchase.
• The Skool community invite has been issued (which occurs automatically after the 24-hour window).
• Change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal availability after the 24-hour window.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations not aligned with the publicly stated course curriculum.
• Technical issues on the buyer's end (device, internet, browser, etc.). Our team will provide reasonable support to resolve such issues, but these do not qualify as grounds for a refund.
• Refund requests submitted to personal numbers, unofficial accounts, or any channel other than those listed in Section 5.
• Failure to follow the required refund request format outlined in Section 5.

All purchases are otherwise considered final and non-refundable after the 24-hour reflection period.

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase through one of our Adreach official support channels (WhatsApp and Messenger).

6. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 2 to 5 business days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or payment gateway deductions are non-recoverable and will be excluded from the refunded amount.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card provider without first contacting our support team within the 24-hour window is a violation of this policy and will result in:

• Permanent denial of community access and course materials.
• Forfeiture of eligibility for any future Adreach Academy enrollments or programs.
• Reporting to relevant payment fraud databases where applicable.

We strongly encourage all buyers to contact our support team first. We are committed to resolving any genuine concerns fairly.

8. Fraudulent Refund Claims

Submitting false information in a refund request, including but not limited to misrepresenting purchase details or attempting to retain access after a refund, constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in:

• Refund denial.
• Permanent removal from the community.
• Forfeiture of any future enrollment eligibility.
• Legal action where applicable.
